Product Information and Pricing

shopsmar Store works diligently to keep product descriptions, pricing, specifications, and availability details accurate and current. Should an error arise in product information, pricing, or availability, we retain the right to rectify that error and to cancel any orders placed on the basis of the incorrect information, at no cost to you. For items that carry natural variability (such as handmade goods or products made from natural materials), minor differences in dimensions, weight, or appearance from the listed specifications may occur. Product information and warnings are supplied for reference purposes only; shopsmar Store cannot warrant that products are entirely free from cross-contamination during processing or packaging. Product availability may differ depending on your delivery zone, pickup location, and chosen time slot.

Orders and Payment

Every order is contingent upon product availability and acceptance by shopsmar Store. We may decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, breach these Terms, or cannot be fulfilled because of stock shortages. Unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched or collected. Minimum order values and delivery fees may apply depending on your selected delivery zone and time slot. For age-restricted products (including alcohol, tobacco, and vaping products where legally permitted), you must meet the legal age requirement to purchase such items in your jurisdiction, and a valid government-issued ID will be required at delivery or pickup. Intellectual Property

All content appearing on shopsmar Store's platforms — including text, images, logos, software, private label product packaging, and the "shopsmar Store" name and branding — is the exclusive property of shopsmar Store and is safeguarded by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. User Responsibilities

Governing Law

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of shopsmar Store's services shall first be submitted to shopsmar Store's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider in New York, NY, in accordance with the provider's commercial arbitration rules. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties, and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

Where we make material changes to these Terms, we will give at least 30 days' advance notice by email to the address associated with your account, or through a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
